Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 September 2026
Using SkyRecall means you agree to what follows. We have tried to keep it short and in plain language, because terms nobody can read protect nobody.
1. What this service is
SkyRecall is a personal AI assistant with long-term memory, reachable through a browser and a Windows app. Answers are generated by third-party language models (see the Privacy Policy).
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google. Keeping your Google account secure is your responsibility. The service is for people aged 16 and over.
One account is meant for one person. Sharing an account mixes several people's lives into one memory. This isn't a rule for its own sake, it genuinely breaks.
3. Your content stays yours
Your messages, files, and the things the assistant remembers about you belong to you. We use them only to run the service for you: generating answers, extracting memory, and showing your history.
We do not use your content to train models, and we do not sell it to third parties.
4. What you must not do
- Use the service unlawfully, or to harm other people.
- Upload content you do not have the right to upload.
- Attempt to break, probe, or bypass the system's technical limits.
- Automate high-volume messaging to work around your plan limits.
5. Limits
Each plan has monthly limits on messages, characters read aloud, and things remembered. See Pricing. When a limit is reached the related feature pauses until the next period or until you upgrade; your data is not affected.
6. Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, by bank transfer or USDT. If a plan lapses, the account returns to Free. Memory and history stay exactly as they are.
Prices can change. If they do, we give at least 30 days' notice, and the change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
7. The assistant can be wrong
This is the most important thing on this page. SkyRecall runs on language models, and language models can be confidently wrong, including about things they have remembered about you. Do not use it in place of medical, legal, or financial advice, and check anything that matters.
Memory can be wrong too: the assistant may draw a conclusion you didn't mean, or mishear you when you use your voice. That is exactly why the "What your assistant remembers" screen lets you read and delete every line. Please use it.
8. Ending things
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches section 4, and we will say why unless the law prevents us.
If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give at least 30 days' notice so you can take your data with you.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not promise uninterrupted availability It depends on third-party providers outside our control.
To the extent the law allows, our liability will not exceed what you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
10. Changes to these terms
If anything material changes, we will say so in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
